RETURN POLICY

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we'll make sure your shopping experience is both simple and comfortable. Our return and refund policy is available to you within 60 days from the date you received the item.

 

1. 60 DAYS OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE

For the reasons below, return or exchange is supported, and the return shipping costs will be on us.

We sent the wrong items.

You receive items with broken or poor/defective quality issues.

For the reasons below, return or exchange is supported. However, shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the buyers.

Items without quality issues, but you chose the wrong size.

Items without quality issues, but you dislike them or for other personal reasons.

Please keep the items in their original new condition, without scratches or signs of wear; otherwise, they are not refundable.

For the reasons below, return or exchange is not supported.

Damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.

Items have been resized, altered in any way, or have already been exchanged.

Promotional or clearance items are not supported.

 

2. INCURRED FEES

For any returns not caused by our reasons, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Of course, if customs duties are incurred during the return process, the customer will also be responsible.

Shipping fees for delivering the package to your destination addresses will not be refunded after we receive your returned package. For orders with free shipping, since shipping fees are also incurred, we will also deduct the initial shipping fees from the refund.

For packages that might be lost or damaged during the return shipping process, customers are responsible. Please keep the receipt of tracking information.

 

3. PRECAUTIONS

All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way or have been exchanged previously; otherwise, we might not accept a refund or return.

We will not provide any exchange or return on jewelry without our permission, and all losses will be borne by customers. Please do not return the item to the address indicated on the package you received. This is not our return address; if you send the package to this address, we will not be responsible for the loss.

When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method with tracking. Returns or exchanges without tracking will not be processed.

 

4. RETURN PROCEDURE

Step 1: Contact our customer service with your order number via lotusbless@hotmail.com.

Step 2: Provide some pictures and describe the items in detail. Buyers must provide sufficient proof for defective or incorrect items. The support team will respond within one business day and offer solutions.

Step 3: After accepting your return request and giving you our return address, please leave a note in the returned package with the following information: order number, your order email, your name. Please send the package and offer your tracking number.

Step 4: Allow 3 to 5 business days to inspect and verify quality issues once we receive your package. Any returned products found without defective issues you mentioned will not be refunded. Any product returned found altered by customers will neither be returned nor refunded. Original shipping fees are not refunded. For orders with free shipping, since shipping fees are also incurred, we will deduct original shipping fees from the refund.

Step 5: Once we confirm order issues, a refund will be made to your original payment account. It may take 10 to 15 business days for the money to return to your account (this period is determined by the bank). We do not support refunds to other payment cards or through other payment methods.

6. ORDER CANCELLATION

Please contact us within 12 hours after your payment is completed, no charges are levied for canceling orders.

Once the package is shipped, orders can no longer be canceled.

 

7. SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST BE CHANGED

Please email us with your order number before your order is shipped, offer the new address you wish to change to.

The address cannot be changed after the package is shipped.

Please ensure your address is correct after ordering or before shipping.
