Shipping Policy

1. How long will it take to receive my product?

The time it takes to receive your product is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.

 

Processing Time:

- For non-personalized items, it will take 2 business days to process your order.

- For personalized items, processing will take 3-5 business days. The estimated processing time for each product is listed on its respective product page.

 

Shipping Time:

- Currently, shipping is available only to the UK, US, CA and over 35 other countries. Delivery typically takes approximately 5-12 working days.

 Please be aware that processing and shipping times may vary during holiday periods.

 

2. Can I change the destination country of my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, it is not possible to change the shipping address.

 

3. What are the shipping costs?

- Standard Shipping: $5 or free for orders over $45.00. Delivery usually takes 7-12 business days.

- Express Shipping: $10 or free for orders over $100.00. Delivery usually takes 5-10 business days.

You can select your preferred delivery method during checkout.

 

4. How will I be notified when my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is prepared for shipment. Please note that due to the custom nature of some products, orders may take 2-5 business days to process before shipping.

Additional Information:

- If your personalized product needs to be remade, there may be a delay in your order. Only items that pass our quality inspection are shipped.

- We do not offer overnight shipping.

- Some countries may charge import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
